Royal Touch Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

At Royal Touch, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy and transparent return, refund, and exchange process in accordance with the following terms.


1. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return, refund, or exchange, please contact us by email at contact@royaltouch.online.
Kindly include your order number, full name, and a brief reason for your request.

Your request will be reviewed within 2 business days, and we will notify you via email of the outcome and next steps.


2. Eligibility Period

Requests for refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
In certain special cases or for specific products, Royal Touch may grant an extension to this period at its discretion.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation on the same day the order was placed.
Please note that once the order has been shipped or delivered, cancellation requests can no longer be processed.


3. Conditions for Returns

Some products may have special return conditions as described on the product page or in the accompanying materials (“Product Terms”).
Please read these carefully before submitting your return or refund request.

In the event of any conflict between the Product Terms and this Return Policy, this policy shall prevail.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on the part of Royal Touch.


4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the reimbursement will be processed promptly using the same payment method you used for your purchase:

Credit/Debit Card payments: refunded within 1 business day.

Wire transfer or bank payments: refunded within 7 business days (bank fees may apply).

PayPal or other e-wallet payments: refunded within 1 business day.

Other payment methods: refunded within 5 to 7 business days.

If applicable, Royal Touch reserves the right to hold the refund until we receive confirmation that the returned product has been received or destroyed, as appropriate.


5. Exchanges

You may request an exchange for the same product or another product of equal value, subject to availability.
If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

Used or opened beauty accessories.

Personalized or custom-made products.

Gift cards or promotional items.

Please ensure that all returned products are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.


7. Shipping Returns

To return a product, please contact our support team for the appropriate return address and instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Royal Touch.
